Please Note: We prioritize guests staying at Doane Rest over those hosting events. Requests may be denied if we have other guests in need of rest. Additionally, we are open for ministry events exclusively, not birthday parties or other events. Use of the Meeting Hall is from 9am until 8pm only (no overnight accomodations are included).

The Doane Rest Meeting Hall is the perfect location for your ministry event, such as Bible conference, church workshop, or other ministry time. You may have 50 people maximum, and you may use our soccer field during your event. Our Meeting Hall isn’t available for birthday parties or baby dedications at this time.

Our requested donation amount for the use of our Meeting Hall for any length of time during a day is ₱4,000.

We have 1 microphone, a basic sound system, a projector, electric piano, a coffeemaker, and whiteboard available for your use. If you need more equipment, you will need to bring those with you.

Doane Rest exists to serve Protestant Christian missionaries, pastors, and other Protestants; as such, we cannot serve non-Christian groups (or groups where any adults joining are not Christians). Guests can use this form to submit a “Reservation Request.” Please fill out all of the information below and we will respond soon regarding your request. No third-party reservations are allowed, and submission of a request does not mean you have a reservation yet. To best serve you, please submit your request at least 48 hours before your planned arrival. We cannot serve reservation requests made later than that.
