Guests Using One Cottage
For guests using 1 cottage, we ask that you make a donation deposit equivalent to one-night’s stay. An example is if you booked Cottage 1 for 3 nights with a requested donation of ₱3,325 per night. Your requested donation deposit would be ₱3,325, with the remainder being an amount you can settle during your stay.
Guests Using More than One Cottage
For guests using more than 1 cottage, we ask that you make a donation deposit equivalent to 50% of your stay. An example is if you booked Cottage #1 and #2 for 2 nights with a requested donation of ₱3,325 per night. Your requested donation deposit would be ₱6,650, with the remainder being an amount you can settle during your stay.

Instead of making a Philippine peso donation deposit, you may also do so through USD online. There is a 5% fee for online deposit donations sent by USD online; please contact us for details regarding how to do that.

I made my deposit, now what?
You are all set! Once you arrive, please let our staff double-check the number of adults and children in your group, along with your adherence to the agreements included in your reservation request. A staff member will either meet you at your vehicle or you can proceed to the office. Once this double-check is finished, you will be directed to your cottage.
If you need firewood or have any other special requests, please make these upon check-in or before 5pm. Following these policies allows us to keep our operating costs low for you. We appreciate your understanding.
Donation Deposit Details
All donation deposits are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you make sure you are able to stay at Doane Rest on your requested dates before sending a reservation request and donation deposit. If you do need to cancel for any reason on your part, we cannot issue any refunds. As a self-supporting ministry subsidized by our missions organization and Executive Director’s family, we are only able to serve outside guests because of guest donations.
In the event that you are not able to stay on a certain date, but you find Christian friends that are willing to stay in your stead, we can transfer your reservation request to them. Please make sure that your friends are guests who would normally be welcome at Doane Rest, and let us know of the situation and the need for a transfer. All changes and transfers need to be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled stay.
